Consultation
Each project begins with a complimentary consultation and site visit. Susan will take rough measurements, talk with the client about their needs from the space, and discuss some initial design ideas.
Design
Susan’s design process is three-fold: initial sketch, several to-scale designs showing a range of options, and a final master plan incorporating client feedback and a schedule for implementation.
Implementation
Susan has an established network of professional contractors who she brings on to different projects for specialised labour-work, and who she oversees closely.
Maintenance
Susan offers an ongoing maintenance service where she will make regular visits to ensure new gardens continue to flourish.
